Since I reached 87,0 kg’s on September 24th I’ve had a break in the weight loss. I felt the need to let a little loose, have an ice cream and not think too much about the next healthy meal all the time. Excercise has been limited too, so I was very pleased to find out, that after a week I had not gained any weight – I was still at the 87,0 kg!
The last couple of days I’ve been back on track and this morning I’ve reached 86,0 kg!
My bloodsugar this morning was 6,3
