I don’t wear a step-counter…
Instead I’ve counted various hiking-trails that I walk on a weekly basis and also the walk to the grocery-store etc. I find this easier that remembering the step-counter every day ;o)
I don’t include all daily steps, only xtra steps like long walks etc. Steps taken ’round the house and at work is not included. My goal is to reach 10.000 xtra steps 5-6 days a week in order to boost my weight-loss. The Heart Association recommends 10.000 steps a day for everybody.

800 steps to the grocery-store (by Julso street) – each way
450 steps to the kindergarten – each way
1.050 steps to the grocery-store (by Lyng street and Gyvel street) – each way
1.100 steps round the block (Sind road)
2.500 steps across the more (all the way to the p-lot) – each way
3.100 steps round the Lyng street block (all the way)
2.000 steps via Sind road through the path to Juncker street and back via Julso street (around)
4.000 steps up across sind hill abd back (all the way)
